Lenvenib 4mg Capsule is used in the treatment of thyroid cancer.

Dosage:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.

ELTROMBOPAG belongs to the class of 'platelet-stimulating agents' primarily used to treat low blood platelet count in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and hepatitis C virus (HCV) infections. ELTROMBOPAG is also used to treat severe aplastic anaemia (SAA) in adults. Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura is an immune condition associated with low levels of platelets. Hepatitis C is an infection and inflammation of the liver caused due to hepatitis C virus. Severe aplastic anaemia is a condition in which the bone marrow doesn't make enough blood cells.

ELTROMBOPAG contains 'Eltrombopag' which belongs to the class of 'thrombopoietin receptor agonists'. Thrombopoietin is a glycoprotein hormone that stimulates the formation of megakaryocytes (large bone marrow cells) and further regulates platelet's production. ELTROMBOPAG works by increasing these large bone marrow cells responsible for the production of platelets. Thus, ELTROMBOPAG helps increase these bone marrow cells, thereby stimulating the number of platelets, which further lowers the risk of bleeding.

Take ELTROMBOPAG as prescribed by your doctor. In some cases, ELTROMBOPAG can cause common side effects like nausea, diarrhoea, headache, muscle pain, tiredness, loss of appetite, fever, anaemia (lack of blood cells), cough and tingling numbness. These side effects are not familiar to everyone who take ELTROMBOPAG and vary individually. If you notice any side effects that are not manageable, please consult your doctor.

Let your doctor know if you have any allergic reactions to ELTROMBOPAG or any other medicines, before starting ELTROMBOPAG. It is essential to inform your doctor if you have any heart, kidney or liver problems, blood disorders, blood clotting problems and cataracts before starting ELTROMBOPAG. It is advised to consult the doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive. ELTROMBOPAG is not indicated for use in breastfeeding since it passes into the breast milk. ELTROMBOPAG may make you dizzy, hence drive or operate machinery only when you are mentally alert. 

Sukinsa 50mg Capsule consists of the active ingredient Sunitinib. It is classified as a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, which means that it works by blocking certain enzymes called tyrosine kinases that are involved in the growth and spread of cancer cells. This medication is used to treat gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST), rare cancer that can start anywhere in the gastrointestinal tract. This medication is also used to treat advanced kidney cancer, and pancreatic cancer called pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNET). Cancer is a disorder in which abnormal cells grow in an uncontrolled manner.  It is not recommended for people under 18. 

Before taking Sukinsa 50mg Capsule, it is important to discuss with the physician if you have blood conditions, heart problems, liver disorders, kidney problems, skin disorders, diabetes, seizures, or thyroid disorders. Also, inform if you have recently had surgery or are about to have surgery. Tell your doctor if you are hypertensive because this medication sometimes causes hypertension as a side effect. Avoid taking grapefruit in any form during the treatment with Sukinsa 50mg Capsule. Check with your dentist if you have any problems in the mouth, such as mouth pain, swelling, or sores inside the mouth before starting treatment.

Sukinsa 25mg Capsule can be taken with or without food, but try to have it at the same time every day to get the most benefits. Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how often you need to take it. This will depend on what you are being treated for and may change from time to time. You should take it exactly as your doctor has advised. Taking it in the wrong way or taking too much can cause very serious side effects. It may take several weeks or months for you to see or feel the benefits but do not stop taking it unless your doctor tells you to.

Common side effects of this medicine include weakness, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, taste change, and decreased appetite. The doctor may advise for regular monitoring of blood pressure and thyroid gland function while taking this medicine. It may decrease blood sugar levels. In fact, the levels can decrease to the extent that the patient may faint. So, if you are diabetic then it is important to check your blood sugar levels regularly. Additionally, you should also consult the doctor if the dose of anti-diabetic medicines needs to be adjusted.

Before taking it, tell your doctor if you have heart disease, liver, or kidney problems or bleeding disorder. Many other medicines can affect, or be affected by, this medicine so let your healthcare team know all medications you are using. This medicine is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. The use of effective contraception by both males and females during treatment is important to avoid pregnancy.

This medication is used to treat certain types of cancer (kidney, pancreas, and intestinal). It is also used to treat people who are at high risk of the kidney cancer coming back again after having kidney surgery. Sunitinib works by stopping or slowing the growth of cancer tumors. It also works by slowing the growth of new blood vessels within the tumor.

Take this medication by mouth with or without food as directed by your doctor, usually once daily. For some conditions, you may be directed to take this medication for a specific period of time followed by another period of time off of the drug. For other conditions, you may be directed to take sunitinib every day without a break. Follow your doctor's instructions carefully.

Drink plenty of fluids during treatment with this medication, unless otherwise directed by your doctor.

The dosage is based on your medical condition, response to treatment, and other medications you may be taking. Be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist about all the products you use (including prescription drugs, nonprescription drugs, and herbal products).
